Any customer who has purchased a TEK DEPO product is eligible for onboarding support. Your first onboarding session is completely free of charge.

Each onboarding session is allocated 3 hours. This is typically sufficient for complete product setup. If additional time is needed, subsequent sessions may be chargeable.

Have your product unboxed with all accessories ready, ensure stable internet connectivity for remote assistance, and have your PC/laptop ready if the product requires software installation.

Onboarding is primarily conducted remotely via screen sharing and video call. For enterprise customers requiring on-site assistance, please contact our custom support team.
